RV Restrictions

RV overall length limited to (including any racks):


Monthly sites: 38' (456") -Max 2 persons - 5 month max-No long term

Daily sites: 40' (480") - Max 5 persons, 2 night minimum



  • We are unable to accommodate Toy Haulers
  • 10 year RV age or newer
  • Operable, Owner - Occupied RV's only.
  • No commercial vehicles
  • You must have a tow vehicle on property at all times to move your RV.
  • We do not accept RVs towed into the property.
  • No pop-up, tent type RV's.




Pet Restrictions: 

*Weight limit of 30 lbs per dog.

*No breeds with a vicious propensity. 

*Maximum of 2 pets per RV.

*No dog crates, pet tie down stakes, pet fencing/corrals or pet play pens are allowed at RV sites.

*No VISITOR pets allowed in RV park


Del-Raton RV Park reserves the right to turn away any RV exceeding 40' or housing pets over 30lbs, even with a confirmed reservation and deposit.


Cancellation Policy

Please note: Reservation cancellations must be phoned in directly to office staff at 561-278-3420.  NO voicemail messages/ email/ texts will be accepted for cancellations of confirmed reservations. No refunds outside of cancellation policy.


Cancellation:

*Daily Site (less than 30 days): 72-hours Prior to confirmed arrival date.

*Holiday Reservations are non-refundable*
*Monthly Site - Off Season (May-October): 30-Days prior to confirmed arrival date.
*Monthly Site- Seasonal (November-April): 60-Days prior to confirmed arrival date.
Deposits/payments will not be refunded or applied to rent if change is made less than required days from confirmed arrival date.

A $25 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations of confirmed reservations cancel in accordance with Cancellation Policy.


Change of Dates:

Date changes will require rebooking.
